Job Responsibilities
Leveraging local networks to the extent possible, contribute to programs’ support to partner countries which progresses reforms and policies which are more inclusive of persons with disabilities.
Provide strategic advice, services and coordination to enable supported development activities, programs, services and approaches being more inclusive of persons with disabilities.
Provide technical assistance and capacity development support to strengthen technical advisers’ capabilities to both target and mainstream disability equity across their workplans; in-line with partner government priorities.
Deliver disability equity training, mentoring, coaching and technical assistance activities to strengthen the Partnerships Platform’s program delivery and support DFAT Posts.
