Job Responsibilities

  • Systems and procedures development and implementation.
  • Employment standards and policies adherence assurance.
  • Labour laws and government regulations compliance.
  • Staff capacity building, training, support, development, and control in accordance with needs.
  • Quality control and audit of the HR function.
  • Reporting and analysis provision.
  • Safe and standardised filing of documents.
  • Legal and government reporting compliance.
  • Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse standards and principles promotion.

Skills

  • Senior Human Resources Management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
  • High risk, insecure, opaque, complex, and volatile context exposure.
  • English fluency, both written and verbal.
  • Pashto and/or Dari fluency.
