We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to accommodate different production runs and materials.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
Document production activities, including machine performance, production quantities, and any issues encountered.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Train and mentor new operators on machinery operation and safety practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is crucial. Candidates should be familiar with various types of equipment and possess the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
