Job Description

2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

We are a growing startup seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across multiple functions. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating closely with internal and regional stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and in line with company standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and basic analytics.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Arabic fluency required; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • 4–5 years of work experience in a corporate recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is an advantage.
