Oversee daily site operations, ensuring strict alignment with design drawings, technical specifications, and local authority regulations.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; manage site logistics, materials, and manpower.
Prepare site progress reports (daily, weekly), risk logs, and propose mitigation plans.
Assist in value engineering, cost tracking, quality audits, and safety compliance across the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any relevant field.

Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities.
Minimum 5 years’ UAE/GCC experience in the same role, having worked on mixed-use, residential, or industrial developments under local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees).
Must have valid UAE Driving License and own car.
