2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers). 
  • Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
  • Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity. 
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.
  • Experience in C Level with minimum 4 years in a director-level role. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial visual success and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar.

Salary

  • INR: 9000 - 10000 (Yearly)
