ABBCCC Testing Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Testing Specialist to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our ABBCCC products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/hardware testing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ABBCCC systems.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing to identify defects.
Document test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Automate repetitive test scenarios using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Maintain and improve testing environments, tools, and processes.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Provide clear and concise test reports and status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software/hardware testing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, LoadRunner) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
Perform root‑cause analysis on test failures and propose corrective actions to improve product quality.
Maintain and update test environments, test data, and test infrastructure to reflect the latest product releases.
Generate clear and concise test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting test results, coverage, and quality trends.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to align testing activities with development cycles.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the testing process.

Additional Salary Info

Position: abbccc Testing

Base Salary: $85,000 per year

Performance Bonus: Up to 12% of base salary, paid annually

Signing Bonus: $5,000 (one‑time)

Equity: Stock options worth up to $10,000 vesting over 4 years
