2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
Regularly reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
Assist in following up with customers for overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
Assist in generating daily/weekly AR reports, maintain organized records of transactions, and support the AR team in month-end closing activities.

Minimum 3 years in AR or Credit Control (Bank, Financing, FMCG) with supervisory experience and managing at least 300 customer accounts.
Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP (3+ years), advanced Excel, and MS Office; M3 ERP experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the Fruit & Vegetable industry is advantage.

Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
