Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Arabic breads and pastries
Mix and proof doughs using traditional methods to achieve consistent texture and flavor and monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results across all products.
Maintain a clean and organized baking station, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory checks and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
Skills
Open to home country experience at least 1-2 years as a baker in an Arabic or Middle Eastern kitchen.
Skilled in making traditional Arabic baked goods, with experience in dough preparation, oven use, and following authentic recipes for quality results.
Culinary certification or bakery training is a plus.
