The Learning Coordinator supports the implementation of CRC’s knowledge and learning (K&L) and monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL) strategies. This role contributes to developing skills and knowledge in inclusive climate and disaster resilience programming, as well as tracking progress, identifying lessons, and supporting CRC’s continuous improvement.
Working under the guidance of the K&L Lead and the MEL Lead, this position plays a key role in knowledge and data management and supports learning across the program activities. These activities strengthen program delivery and DFAT’s capability in inclusive climate and disaster resilience.
Key responsibilities of this role cover both the K&L and MEL portfolios. These activities include managing and delivering small-scale K&L and MEL projects while supporting the K&L and MEL Leads in delivering larger strategic initiatives.
For K&L, the Learning Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing K&L support requests and maintains knowledge products, learning resources, and systems.
For MEL, the Learning coordinator will monitor project progress across each technical area of the CRC program and support data management and reporting.
Through this work, the Learning Coordinator supports the smooth delivery of K&L and MEL activities, helping ensure that CRC’s climate programming benefits from captured insights and learnings, responds to stakeholder needs, and builds a strong foundation for inclusive climate action and disaster resilience in the Indo-Pacific region.
