Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing and maintaining web and software applications.
• Write and maintain basic programming code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist with database development, SQL queries and data management.
• Support software testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Participate in requirements analysis and technical discussions.
• Assist with API integration and third-party system integrations.
• Support data migration, data validation and system configuration activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Investigate and resolve basic software and technical issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and development activities.
• Learn and follow software development standards, coding practices and version-control procedures.
• Perform other technology-related tasks assigned by the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, PHP or similar.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is desirable.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Laravel or similar frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging.
• University or personal projects demonstrating programming experience.
