Job Description

As a data entry operator, your primary responsibility is to input, update, and maintain accurate information in computer systems and databases. This role involves a lot of typing and attention to detail to ensure that information is entered correctly and efficiently. Data entry operators often work with spreadsheets, databases, and other software applications to input various types of data, such as customer information, financial records, inventory lists, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Inputting data accurately and efficiently using computer software or other tools.
Verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
Sorting and organizing data as needed.
Retrieving data from databases or electronic files as requested.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Detecting and correcting errors in data entry.
Ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other team members or departments to complete tasks or resolve issues.
Adhering to deadlines and productivity targets.
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Part Time: 4hrs in a day/ Full time: 6-8hours a day
Flexible hours

Salary

BDT: 4000 - 8000 (Monthly)

Others

To excel in this role, attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in typing are essential. Additionally, familiarity with data entry software and proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets can be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also valuable for success as a data entry operator.
