2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support MBRF in addressing and forwarding demands related to the migrant workers hired for Promissão plant.
  • Coordinate with civil society organizations, municipal secretariats, and local governments to strengthen the support network for migrants.
  • Map civil society organizations operating in the territory with a focus on migration and social integration.
  • Identify and map migrant leaders, promoting their inclusion in listening and decision-making processes.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for public servants and company staff, covering topics related to migration and human rights.
  • Conduct mapping and analysis of social, cultural, and economic demands present in the area of operation.
  • Understand and systematize the process of migrant entry and exit within the company, identifying critical points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical and logistical support to VES field missions, ensuring alignment with project guidelines.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the actions carried out and progress in the territory.
  • Maintain weekly records of developments in the territory, to be shared with the National Officer and donors.
  • Organize and properly archive documentation related to territorial actions in the designated project folders on SharePoint.
  • Carry out the administrative tasks necessary for the proper execution of project activities.

Other Educational Qualification

 Bachelor in Political or Social Sciences, International Human Rights, International Law, International Relations, International Development or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective communication across diverse institutional and community actors.
  • Experience in participatory methodologies, including mapping of community assets and leadership, and facilitating inclusive decision-making processes.
  • Capacity to design and implement training programs tailored to different audiences and focused on human rights, migration, and social inclusion.
  • Analytical skills to assess local socio-economic dynamics, identify critical gaps, and propose actionable solutions for migrant integration.
  • Excellent organizational and logistical abilities, especially in supporting field missions and coordinating multi-stakeholder activities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with proven ability to work in multicultural environments and engage with vulnerable populations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, producing clear and concise reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations.
