Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will gain practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, email marketing, online advertising and lead generation.

The role is suitable for students, fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update company social media pages, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, graphics and short-form content.
• Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content optimisation.
• Support website content updates and basic website administration.
• Assist with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and other online advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Research competitors, market trends and potential customers.
• Assist with lead generation and prospect research.
• Help create blogs, articles, marketing materials and promotional content.
• Track website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and social media analytics.
• Assist in developing marketing presentations, brochures and promotional materials.
• Work with the sales and business development teams to support lead conversion.
• Perform other marketing activities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, IT or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and technologies.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
• Basic video editing or content creation skills.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM systems.
