Tetra Tech International Development is a leading development consulting firm working with Government, businesses, and NGOs to solve complex development challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities

Review DFA Financial Management and Compliance
Assess DFA funding use, financial reporting, and adherence to GoV, GoA, and PFM Act requirements, including fiduciary risks, unacquitted funds, and FMIS accuracy.
Evaluate Literacy Grant Allocation and Use
Examine literacy grant disbursement and school-level spending across provinces to determine how effectively funds support improved literacy and numeracy outcomes.
Provide Analysis and Recommendations for Future Programming
Identify blockers, enablers, lessons learned, and areas for improvement, and deliver practical recommendations to strengthen accountability, fund utilisation, and future education programming.
