2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and exhibition projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine resource requirements.
  • Measure and value the quantity of materials and work required for projects.
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and client requirement.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Skills

  • At least 4 years UAE experience in estimation and quantity surveying, preferably with interior design and exhibition projects.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Salary

  • Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

Age

  • Max Age Limit : 40 Years
