Job Responsibilities

Oversee the entire fit-out process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local building regulations while utilizing project management software to track progress and maintain timelines.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate their vision into practical construction plans, ensuring that all elements are feasible and within budget constraints.
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety protocols.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services, negotiating contracts to secure the best prices and quality.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, including budget updates and timelines, and present them to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
Implement effective project management techniques to mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and ensure project success.
