Develop and implement food quality standards and specifications aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct regular food quality audits and inspections across all stages of food preparation and service to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor food product quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to the camp's quality guidelines.
Analyze food quality data, including sensory evaluations and customer feedback, to identify trends, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, ensuring that they meet the camp's quality and safety standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or related certifications such as HACCP or other relevant food safety management systems.

Open to Filipino nationality
At least 6 years of experience in 5-star large-scale food services industry or similar high-end environment is highly preferred.

Up to 12K SAR depending on experience and qualifications, plus shared accommodation, meals, and other benefits.
