Job Responsibilities

  • Leading and monitoring visa application processes, document verification, and overall visa handling to meet service quality standards.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing the visa processing team to enhance productivity, customer service standards and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster team growth and improvement.
  • Identifying potential risks in visa processes and work on mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing and managing the budget for visa operations, monitoring expenses to meet financial objectives.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

Skills

  • Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visa operations or immigration services, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Must have strong knowledge of visa policies and immigration regulations.

Salary

  • AED: 5000 - 6000 (Yearly)

Age

  • Max Age Limit : 40 Years
