Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Produce mock‑ups, prototypes, and final artwork using industry‑standard software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve visual communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other industry‑standard design tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Web design and basic front‑end development (HTML/CSS).
- Brand development for startups or consumer‑facing products.

Additional Salary Info
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, based on quarterly targets
