Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print media.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other industry‑standard design tools.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Web design and basic front‑end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Brand development for startups or consumer‑facing products.

Salary

  • Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year

Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, based on quarterly targets

Profit Sharing: Eligible for company profit‑sharing program
