2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
Manage reservations and seating flow efficiently, especially during peak hours, while maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to management when necessary.

Skills

Must have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE
Adaptable and dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Salary

AED: 2000 - 3000 (Monthly)

Additional Salary Info

Up to 9K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips.

Max Age Limit : 35 Years
