Design and oversee the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all children and aligns with British educational standards.
Ensure the kindergarten meets all regulatory requirements and standards set by local authorities and the British curriculum, conducting regular evaluations and audits.
Monitor children's progress, identify individual needs, and implement strategies to support their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Oversee the welfare of all children in the KG, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Prepare for inspections and evaluations by local authorities and educational bodies.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Open to any native English speaker
Minimum 3 years experience as head of KG/EYFS in a British curriculum setting
Must have in-depth understanding of early childhood development principles and practices, particularly within the context of the British curriculum
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
