Build teacher capacity through training teachers in International best practice in the Kindergarten.
Support with implementation of all staff related policies, advice on staff needs and views through regular updates.
Make substitution and arrange for supply teachers, establish a seamless working relationship with teachers in the learning teaching dynamics and arrange timetables and work allocation, arrange optimum use of resources and facilities by staff.
Ensure that the kindergarten programme is aligned with the philosophy, standards, and practices of the American common core standards.

Must have a certified and internationally recognized Post Graduate/Graduate university degree.

Open to Native English Speakers.
Minimum 5 years teaching & senior leadership in early years/KG in a reputed school.

Up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
