Job Responsibilities
Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.
Other Educational Qualification
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
