Overseeing the facility’s maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with the UAE’s regulations and health & safety requirements.
Monitoring and managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and well-maintained.
Organizing daily work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure all tasks & responsibilities are carried out efficiently while resolving any staffing issues, ensuring a positive team environment.
Ensuring to assist administrative support to the Business Incubator Manager, including managing records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day operations.

Must have a bachelor’s degree related to Business.

Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
At least 3 years related experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.
