Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals, particularly in catering service delivery.
• Oversee the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service to meet the diverse needs of camp personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of client needs, with a special focus on catering requirements.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including finance, operations, catering, and human resources, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including catering staff, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance, innovation, and excellence in food service.
