Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.
Responsible for issuance of packing lists, supporting with other shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, surveyors reports etc.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to the company’s staff and to clients
Prepare appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

Open to Russian speakers
Must have in-depth experience in dealing with marine shipments of industrial commodities
At least 2 years of experience in the similar role preferably from manufacturing industry
Immediate joiners are highly prioritized .
