Logistics and ICT department structuring and management.
Logistics systems and procedures implementation and monitoring.
Compliance assurance (with NRC’s policies, national authority requirements, and donor rules).
Controls and risk management measures and mitigations.
Procurement leases, licences, and contracts maintenance with authorities and suppliers.
Logistics tools design and review.
Key performance indicators design and monitoring.
Programme/project design and budget development contribution.
Digital maturity action plan implementation.
Capacity building of staff on logistics measures.

Logistics senior management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
Risk and compliance expertise.
Identification of risks and controls proficiency.
Scale-up and restructuring exposure.
Bangladesh context and the Bangladesh humanitarian response experience and knowledge.
Opaque, complex, and volatile context exposure.
English fluency, both written and verbal.
