Job Responsibilities
The Management Information System (MIS) Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the program’s information systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
This role will work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adaptation (MERLA) team to enhance data collection, analysis, storage and reporting capabilities.
This role will be crucial in ensuring efficient information management and supporting data-driven decision-making within the TSSP3 program.
Other Educational Qualification
Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field
Relevant professional certifications in database management, data analysis, or information systems management would be advantageous.
Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems, preferably in international development or similar complex programs
Strong knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools
Proven experience in developing and maintaining data visualisation tools and dashboards
Expertise in data quality control methodologies and implementation
Experience in providing technical training and support to system users
Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices for data protection.
