2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborate with department managers to compile consistent recruitment requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, databases, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies for domestic and overseas hires.
Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and skill evaluations for open positions.
Manage bulk recruitment efficiently, including shortlisting and onboarding.
Complete all hiring documentation and onboarding procedures.
Promote the company as an employer of choice within technical communities.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Provide recruitment reports and insights to HR and department managers.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, especially in technical roles and bulk hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and labor regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
