We are a Restaurants and Coffee-Shop Company based in Amman/ Jordan and looking to hire a Full Time Recruitment Specialist . For this role, you should be familiar with the following and beyond:

Job Responsibilities

Attract best calibers in different job layers.
Plan at glance the best interview methods.
Shortlist bulk of applicants for interviews.
Conduct the interviews on professional basis.
Ensure the best applicants to be interviewed.
Plan well in advance vs hiring deadlines.
Report to management outcomes of interviews.
Ensure manpower planning in advance ahead of forthcoming year.
Other related tasks to Talent Acquisitions.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor degree in HR or BA.

Skills

+10 Years of related experience specially in F&B (would be an added value).
Flexible and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communications skills in both Arabic & English
Problem Solving Techniques.
Change Management skills.
Familiarity in MS Office Apps.

Salary

USD: 1000 - 1500 (Monthly)
