Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, availability, promotions, and policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure every customer receives a positive and consistent shopping experience.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and conduct in accordance with company standards.
• Proactively approach customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and product specifications.
• Promote new arrivals, special offers, promotions, and seasonal products.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products.
• Build strong relationships with regular and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all products available in the store.
• Understand product specifications, features, benefits, pricing, and applications.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled, and arranged according to company standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organized, and overall appearance of the sales floor.
• Replenish products from the stockroom when required.
• Assist with stock receiving, transfers, stock counts, and inventory checks.
• Ensure merchandise is handled carefully and stored appropriately.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional displays as instructed by management.
• Process customer purchases accurately through the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store objectives.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and maintain smooth store operations.
• Participate in stock takes, promotional activities, events, and store campaigns.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by management.
