Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to promote recruitment services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our services effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market conditions.
  • Assist in training new sales staff on best practices and company offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills

  • 1–3 yrs experience in indoor sales.
  • Tech & retail knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Meet daily sales targets.
