Properly present and serve wines, including decanting when necessary, while educating guests on the wine’s characteristics, origin, and pairing options.
Oversee wine inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels, managing wine orders, and maintaining optimal storage conditions to preserve quality.
Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offer personalized wine recommendations, and provide informative wine tastings to enhance their dining experience.

At least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine-dining Italian restaurant setting
In-depth knowledge of Italian wines, wine regions, and wine pairings with Italian dishes.

Up to 7.8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and incentives.
