Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning digital initiatives with business objectives; lead end-to-end digital transformation across booking systems, CRM, ERP, and online platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure including cloud solutions, network architecture, payment gateways, and travel booking systems
Drive the development of new travel-tech solutions, online booking tools, mobile apps, and automated workflows to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations, travel industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices; implement policies for data privacy, risk mitigation, and system audits.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality tech environments.
Expertise in cloud computing, GDS systems integration, ERP/CRM platforms, mobile/web applications, and scalable IT architecture
With strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex technology projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
