Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback..

Open to Arabic nationalities.
Minimum 2–3 years as a Reservations Agent or in Travel & Tourism Customer Service.
IATA certification is mandatory.
Must be proficient in travel booking systems (GDS/online platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
