Job Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the construction of G+4 and G+12 multi-story buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards while utilizing advanced engineering software.
• Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability, incorporating environmental and safety considerations into the planning process.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout all project phases, from conception to completion.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and proposals to senior management and clients, articulating design decisions, timelines, and budget considerations.
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively, using project management tools to monitor progress and ensure timely completion within scope.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, enforcing adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols while mentoring junior engineers and interns.
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in civil engineering, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into project execution.
• Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of engineering processes and methodologies.
