2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
We are looking to grow our architecture division for people who enjoy seeing a design through every stage: concept, elevation, detailing and facade development, issued drawings & delivery on site.

Job Responsibilities

3–5 years in an architectural office, with built or issued projects you can speak to.
Strong Concept design experience: massing, planning options, design narrative and presentation sheets.
Strong facade detailing knowledge: systems, materials, junctions, and working with facade consultants and suppliers.
Elevation development: proportions, openings, materials, finishes and shading.
Facade detailing: cladding, glazing and louvre systems, wall sections and junction details.
Construction drawings through to issue, with disciplined revision control.
AutoCAD and Revit (required); SketchUp or Rhino; Photoshop and InDesign.
Working knowledge of building codes, construction materials and methods.
Good hand-sketching and clear drawing discipline.
[Registration or license status, as required.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Skills

Elevation, Facade or envelope detailing on complex or high-rise projects.
Rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray or D5.
