This role involves providing operational insights and strategies for clients in estate and facilities management, with a focus on managing client relationships and executing consulting projects. The position requires extensive experience in the field, adaptability, and a willingness to travel within the GCC, offering opportunities for professional growth and industry impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Understanding client challenges and objectives to provide tailored advice and maintain strong relationships.
  • Operational Reviews: Conducting comprehensive reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with best practices in estate management.
  • Strategy Development: Creating and presenting actionable operational strategies that align with client goals, particularly in service charge schemes and lifecycle management.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Industry Expertise: Staying current with industry trends and contributing to the company's knowledge base, while also supporting business development activities by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals​.

Advanced degree in engineering or a related field and demonstrate high adaptability,

Skills

  • The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a project lead.
  • They will have a strong background in facilities management, particularly in hard services, and ideally some exposure to soft services and community management.
  • The candidate should possess an advanced degree in engineering or a related field and demonstrate high adaptability, with the
  • Ability to learn new technical skills and apply knowledge across different contexts.
  • Experience working within the GCC is essential, along with the flexibility and legal ability to travel within the region.
  • The ideal candidate will have consulting experience, professional certifications (such as FMP, RICS APC, or PMP), and potential for leadership growth.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and a strong professional network are also beneficial for this role​
