Performs the role of project manager in a small to medium size allocated operations project, taking full responsibility which could include all aspects of facilities management.
Conducts regular internal inspections to ensure compliance with company IMS policies, health and safety standards, contractual obligations, and operational requirements.
Engages in menu planning by using approved ingredients and recipes, ensuring menu aligns with budgetary guidelines and contractual obligations.
Monitors all camp services, including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client requirements. Conducts regular inspections to maintain high service standards.

Open to Indian nationality.
Must be from the same Catering Industry with proven experience in a similar role
Ability to handle big catering facilities and large number of labours.

Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
