Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with management and employees to ensure effective workflow, requiring advanced organizational skills and the use of electronic scheduling tools.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails, to ensure smooth information flow between all relevant parties.
  • Prepare necessary documents and reports for meetings, requiring high attention to detail and the use of text processing and data management software.
  • Provide daily administrative support to management, including file and record management, to ensure organized information and ease of access.
  • Execute research tasks and gather information to support administrative decisions, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to use online research tools.
  • Coordinate with different work teams to ensure project implementation on time, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including conferences and workshops, to ensure the success of these activities through careful planning and coordination.
  • Regularly update databases and records to ensure their accuracy, requiring attention to detail and the use of data management software.
  • Provide support in preparing budgets and financial reports, requiring a basic understanding of accounting and finance to ensure data accuracy.
