2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

We are looking for qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our team in Kuwait. Our operations include amusement rides, arcade games, indoor play areas.

We have the following vacancies available:

1. IT Supervisor – Amusement & Entertainment

Job Responsibilities

Supervise IT systems, networks, hardware, and software's.
Maintain POS, ticketing, arcade management and Readers & System Providers (Embed, Sacoa etc.)
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT service providers.
Monitor system performance, IT security, backups, and technical support activities.

Other Educational Qualification

Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science.

Skills

Relevant experience in IT support or supervision.
Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Relevant qualifications and experience for the selected position.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Candidates must meet applicable Kuwait employment and work authorization requirements.
