Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust food safety management system in accordance with local and international standards.
• Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections across all food handling areas to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with regulations, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive food safety training programs for all food handling personnel, ensuring that staff are fully informed and adhere to best practices.
• Maintain accurate and thorough food safety records and documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and operations, to ensure food safety throughout the entire food supply chain, from sourcing to service.
