2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Assist in supervising and guiding team members during shifts.
Help train new staff and ensure company service standards are followed.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Work with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Assist with preparing basic reports and updating records as required.
Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage operations.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Basic leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
