United Nations Reform Process

Education: Advanced University Degree (master’s and above) in one of the following areas business management, financial management, accounting, public finance, economics and other related social science fields.

At least eight (8) years of progressive international professional experience in office management, particularly in the areas of operations, strategic planning and human and/or financial resource management.
Experience implementing organizational initiatives in one or more operations management area including the following: budget; financial management and reporting; facilities management; administration; supply and logistics management; information and communication technology; human resources.
UNICEF experience is required.
Solid experience with UNICEF policies and procedures, and institutional knowledge of United Nations and UNICEF systems and processes is also required.
Relevant experience in a similar process is highly desirable.
Excellent writing skills both in English and Spanish.
Experience in research in a relevant consultancy/job, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
