Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Manage and oversee the development of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.
Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and identity across all marketing channels.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and agencies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly preferred.
Professional certifications like Marketing Management Certification, Digital Marketing Certification, or Social Media Marketing Certification can be an added advantage.
Relevant coursework in marketing, business, statistics, and computer science.

Skills

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Bonus: 10% - 20% of annual salary
