Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures for port operations.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cargo movements, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
Identifying and resolving issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems.
Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.

Open to European nationalities
Minimum 1 year experience from a vessel agency/ shipping or logistics company background, working in an international environment or multi nationals.
