Assist in plant configuration changes, supervise process parameters, and guide the shift crew while advising the shift in charge as needed.
Identify equipment issues and communicate them to the Plant Maintenance Team; oversee plant personnel and direct Plant Operators to support overall operations.
Ensure compliance with emissions monitoring, manage checklists, and assume Team Leader responsibilities during shifts, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Maintain daily reports, manage records and documentation, conduct technical training for staff, and support budget planning and control.

Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
At least 7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a Chlor-Alkali Plant, with the ability to manage shift operations chemicals
Must be proficient in MS Office
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
