Lead multiple projects planning (budget, timetable, resources), coordinate all phases of project development, including planning, design, and construction.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
project documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive documents, including project specifications, drawings, and the BOQ.
Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates to clients on project progress.

Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering or in any related field and MBA is an added advantage.

Atleast 10 years total experience in Construction Project or High-End Luxury Villas and knowledgeable in FIDIC
Must have UAE driving license and own car
Must be Proficient in using MS office and Primavera.
