Develop and implement strategic culinary plans to align with business objectives, introducing new dining concepts and enhancing existing ones.
Establish KPIs, SOPs, and monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards in service and customer satisfaction.
Oversee training programs to enhance the culinary skills of staff, identify high-potential talent, and support their growth and retention.
Analyze menu performance using sales data and customer feedback, refine offerings, and lead new menu testing to enhance appeal.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure high-quality ingredient supply, and develop risk management strategies for food safety and operational challenges.

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in the similar role, 3 years of which in a Director level
Must have a thorough knowledge of research and development concepts and techniques, food handling, HACCP procedures and local health codes.

Up to 3,200 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits.
